Indie rock band Hinds have released their third single from their upcoming album ‘VIVA HINDS’. For the first time, the Spanish duo, Carlotta Cosials and Ana Perrote, sing entirely in Spanish on the track named ‘En Forma’- which translates to ‘Fit’. The song was inspired by a challenging period in Cosials’s life after breaking up with her partner and turning 30 in the same week. The single is accompanied by a video directed by the duo, which shows them doing mundane activities chaotically.

Perrote explained that the song explores the female identity in 2024, where “in the same afternoon, we can chat about wars, philosophy, love and clothes”. The previous two songs released from their album were ‘Coffee’, and ‘Boom Boom Back’, which had a feature with Beck. The upcoming album will also feature a collaboration with Fontaines D.C.’s Grian Chatten.

‘VIVA HINDS’ is set to release on September 6th and is produced by Pete Robertson and engineered by Tom Roach. It is named in honour of the response from fans in 2015, when the band changed their name from Deers to Hinds. The album’s tracklist featuring 10 songs was also released.

Hinds also announced their live performances in Mexico, the US, and London later this year. Tickets are available on their official website. The London date is set for September 13th, with other dates in October across North America
