Jennifer Aniston celebrates “magical” ‘Friends’ co-star Courteney Cox on 60th birthday

Courteney Cox recently celebrated her 60th birthday and her former Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston commemorated the occasion with a heartfelt post on Instagram. Aniston shared a series of photos of the pair on her Instagram page and wrote a poignant tribute to her friend as she marked the milestone birthday. “Celebrating this powerful, magical, mystical, interesting, interested, ferociously talented girl today!!!” wrote Aniston. “My sweet CC @courteneycoxofficial. She’s funny like no other, STUNNING on the inside and out. Independent in the most gorgeous way, cares for everyone even if she doesn’t know you. Terrified of dogs even though I’ve never known her NOT to have at least two of them, fiercely loyal to the end.”

Aniston also mentioned how much Cox resembles her Friends character, Monica Geller, “She’ll redecorate a room like nobody’s business. Spot a smudge on a window from a mile (literally) away. She doesn’t care what other people think!!” She finished her heartfelt tribute to Cox by stating that she “can’t imagine a world without her” and called it an honour to have her as one of her best friends for life. “Happy happy birthday CC. I love you!”

In a recent interview with Quinta Brunson, Aniston was brought to tears when she was asked about what it is like to watch Friends following the death of co-star Matthew Perry. Much like the rest of the Friends cast and fans, Aniston has fond memories of starring on the legendary sitcom and the loss of Perry has made re-watching old episodes of the show a bittersweet experience. Despite this, Friends remains a beloved classic that has resonated with audiences around the world for over 25 years since it first aired.

Cox and Aniston have maintained a close friendship ever since Friends ended its 10-year run in 2004. The pair frequently share photos and videos of each other on social media, providing fans with glimpses into their enduring friendship
