Dario G’s music career spanned over two decades, and he was a pioneer and legend in the progressive house music genre. He is best known for his hit “Sunchyme” which reached number two on the UK singles chart in 1997. He also contributed to several popular soundtracks including the films The Beach and The Football Factory.
The music community has taken to social media to mourn the loss of Dario G and pay tribute to his work. DJ and friend Bryn Owen said he was heartbroken, and producer Armand Van Helden called Dario G “a true artist and a wonderful person.”
