​TAAHLIAH releases first new single in two years, ‘Boys’

TAAHLIAH, a Glasgow-based DJ and producer, has unveiled her first new single in almost two years. The record, entitled ‘Boys’, is now available for streaming on her official SoundCloud profile. The track originally premiered during her Boiler Room set last year. TAAHLIAH cited that the cheeky track was created in an hour, but then left untouched for three years. Now, she has revealed it’s the introduction to her new world of music that she has been developing over the last couple of years. ‘Boys’ serves as the official follow-up to her collaborative single with Loraine James, which was released back in 2020.

‘Boys’ is TAAHLIAH’s first release since her debut, club-focused EP ‘Angelica’. The latest release brings back the vibe of the debut whilst featuring vocals from Elouiza. The new single fuses electronic elements inspired by live music and also takes inspiration from her recent collaboration with the London Contemporary Orchestra.
