NOFX, the punk legends, have announced the daily line-ups for their last three shows on social media. The band has hand-selected the support for these shows, with many of their closest friends from the genre. Each day will have a different line-up, culminating in the band’s final show ever on October 5th, 2024. These shows mark the end of the band’s forty-year career, which began in 1983.
On Friday, October 4th, Dropkick Murphys, MXPX, Bouncing Souls, Sick Of It All, 7 Seconds, DOA, D.I., Luicidal, The Last Gang, and Knuckleheadz will support NOFX. On the following day, Descendents, Less Than Jake, Lagwagon, Strung Out, Good Riddance, Mad Caddies, Swingin’ Utters, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, Get Dead, and Poli Van Dam will perform. Finally, NOFX will close out their career on October 5th with Pennywise, The Vandals, Subhumans, Fishbone, Codefendants, The Flatlines, We Are The Union, Das Klown, and a surprise British band.
According to frontman Fat Mike, this is not a final tour like Mötley Crüe or Black Sabbath, but rather the very last shows NOFX will ever play. He assures fans that the band will play with all their hearts and joy before they retire for good. Fans can purchase tickets for these final shows now.
NOFX’s farewell shows mark the end of a 40-year-long career in the punk-rock genre. When the band formed in 1983, they never imagined the impact they would have on the music industry. Although this is the last chance to see the band perform, they leave behind a lasting legacy that will be remembered for years to come
