Beabadoobee has unveiled ‘Coming Home,’ the latest single from her upcoming third album, ‘This Is How Tomorrow Moves’. The album is set to be released on August 16 and is the follow-up to 2022’s ‘Beatopia’. Informed by Beabadoobee’s love of The Beatles, the song was written as a “cute little love song” as she missed her loved ones while on tour in the US. The track opens with all the little mundane things that she misses while being away, such as doing the dishes. Beabadoobee described the song as having a “weird non-existent structure.”

Beabadoobee has also announced a North American tour for September, starting in Philadelphia on September 8 and finishing in Los Angeles on September 28. Tickets for the tour go on sale on June 6. The artist has said that the new album has helped her navigate a new era and understanding of where she’s at. She added that she thinks she’s “more aware of my actions in these songs” and that “it takes two to tango in everything.”

‘This Is How Tomorrow Moves’ is available for pre-order and pre-save ahead of its August release via Dirty Hit. Last month, Beabadoobee released ‘Take A Bite’, the album’s lead single. In describing the song, Beabadoobee said that it’s about finding comfort in chaos, acknowledging an unhealthy way of living, and accepting her role in relationships.

Beabadoobee’s second album, ‘Beatopia,’ was released in 2022. In an interview with NME, Beabadoobee spoke about collaborating with The 1975’s Matty Healy. She described him as an annoying older brother and how he helped her with lyrics and songwriting while offering advice and being a music mentor
