Lana Del Rey has been involved in a confrontation with someone who was “following” her and her family in Paris. It is unclear whether the individual following the singer was a fan or a photographer. Footage of the heated exchange was published by TMZ, where Del Rey responded to the person after they claimed that Del Rey “came to me”. In response to this, she said: “You followed me! After the person told the singer they didn’t understand why she was upset, Del Rey replied: “I am upset! Don’t let them follow me. I only have one day here. I work every single day. Del Rey has since commented on a video of the incident, describing her stalkers in a negative light and writing: “These assholes actually told me that they were going to alter the pictures to make me look bad after we got into the fight.” At this time, TMZ have reached out to Del Rey’s representatives for comment.
In a separate interview with NME, Del Rey discussed living on Hackney’s Kingsland Road, reminiscing every beauty shop and fish market. Del Rey also mentioned that while she was trying to get signed, she used to wear green contact lenses, which Ben Mawson, her manager, once crushed underfoot, exclaiming: “You look like a lizard!”
