The iconic Salford Lads’ Club is set to host the “largest ever” Oasis exhibition. The club, notable for being the location of The Smiths’ album ‘The Queen Is Dead’ insid sleeve, will display a collection of rare and exclusive memorabilia from the band along with a selection of Noel Gallagher’s six-figure guitar collection. The exhibition, put together by memorabilia company Bittersweet Home, promises to cover every release, item, image, and story from 1992-2009 and the current day. An early viewing and VIP launch party on June 13, DJ’d by Radio X’s Sophie Sveinsson, has also been organized, along with two Q&A sessions hosted by writer and musician John Robb with Microdot’s Brian Cannon and producer Nick Brine.

Director at Bittersweet Home, Kyle Dale, said, “Never before have we seen such historical items together in one room for any band, never mind a band as globally adored as Oasis. They defined a generation and every generation after, for fans to see this conclusive collection from their earliest demo to their current day solo projects is a true one-off experience. This museum-worthy exhibition coincides with our last true rock stars Definitely Maybe 30th anniversary shows in Manchester.”

The fan experience event, called ‘Together We’ll Fly,’ will showcase a series of viewings and offer signed merchandise for sale, with proceeds going towards raising funds for the Salford Lads’ Club. Oasis recently announced their 30th anniversary reissue of their debut ‘Definitely Maybe,’ to coincide with their anniversary shows in Manchester. The album will be available in various formats, including a limited-edition 4LP record and exclusive colored vinyl. Liam Gallagher is also set to play a special ‘Definitely Maybe’ UK and Ireland tour next month and will be performing the album in full when he headlines Reading & Leeds in August.

The exhibition is expected to be a unique experience for fans of Oasis. A definitive collection of exclusive memorabilia from the band, including Noel Gallagher’s six-figure guitar collection, will be displayed for the public alongside a comprehensive coverage of the band’s music and history. The Bittersweet Home and Propstore, Madchester & GioGoi sponsored exhibition will begin on June 14 and end on July 4, providing fans a month-long window to experience the rich history of one of the most successful British bands of all time
