Some of the big names on the block this year include Honey Dijon, BICEP, Grace Sands, A Guy Called Gerald, DJ Flight, Charisse C, DJ Paulette, Confidence Man and DJ Stingray 313.

The famous Genosys Soundsystem, which had gone on a five-year hiatus, is back again this year, focused on analog electronic music in Block9 West. Heading the list at Genosys are BASHKKA, OK Williams, Demi Requisimo, Ahadadream, Wes Baggaley, Syreeta, NIKS and Midland.

The hugely popular NYC Downlow, where themed performances are held each night, will feature Leather & Lace, Showgirls & Sailors, Queerdos from Outer Space and a very special Wedding Party. Among the performers at NYC Downlow are Luke Solomon, Heléna Star, Smokin Jo, François K and Lakuti.

The massive IICON stage will see performances from artists such as Blawan, Introspekt, DJ Python, Roni Size, Mia Koden, Tim Reaper, Afrodeutsche, and BICEP, who will present their new CHROMA project this year. Meat Rack, on the other hand, will feature an “ultimate sleazy homo-centric lineup”, with artists such as Peach, Guy Williams, Moxie, Shay Malt and Scarlett O’Malley. Bloc9 has also decided to take a futuristic direction and will work with fashion designer and activist Katharine Hamnett to “encourage young people to vote through her trademark, power-packed slogans and instantly recognisable graphic style.”

The annual Glastonbury Festival is a five-day event that takes place at Worthy Farm, Somerset, England, featuring music performances, dance, comedy, theatre, circus, and other interactive arts. The festival draws huge crowds from all around the world, making it one of the most successful and celebrated festivals in the globe.
