Glastonbury Festival has released the full programme for The Glade Area, which is split between The Glade Stage and The Glade Dome. The 2024 lineup will feature several UK dance pioneers such as Camelphat, Groove Armada, and Fatboy Slim, among others. Faithless will also perform at the Glade Stage for the first time in eight years, following the Friday headline slot they held last year. The lineup announcement includes a tribute to the late Maxi Jazz, a former member of Faithless.
The Glade Dome will feature a one-off performance by New Zealand-born brothers Chaos in the CBD, a live set by Izco and Liam Bailey exploring their collaborations, Charisse C fresh from releasing her new EP ‘Evergreen’, and breakout Tiktok DJ Fish56octagon. Some of the highlight acts performing at the Glade Stage include drum ‘n’ bass legend Goldie, Eva Lazarus, Nubiyan Twist, Afriquoi, and Dele Sosimi’s Afrobeat Experience.
The Glade lineup announcement follows several other stage announcements from Glastonbury, including the Shangri-La area, featuring a new stage “Arrivals” showcasing South Asian talent. Elsewhere on the lineup, Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Sza, Little Simz, and Burna Boy have been confirmed as headlining Glastonbury’s famous pyramid stage, with Shania Twain in the legends slot. Other stages include the likes of Sherelle, Nia Archives, Masego, Jamie XX, Fontaines DC, Eliza Rose, and Disclosure.
Glastonbury, which is set to return to Worthy Farm from June 26 to June 30, is a much-awaited event for music lovers around the world. For The Glade Area’s complete lineup, check out their website
