Emma Stone and Yorgos Lanthimos are teaming up again for their fifth collaboration together. The duo has recently premiered their new film Kinds of Kindness at the Cannes Film Festival and have announced the upcoming film Bugonia. In the film, she plays Bella Baxter, a woman brought back to life with an unborn baby’s brain who goes on a journey of sexual discovery.
Stone’s long-time friend, Taylor Swift, has just released her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, which credits Stone for her contribution to the track Florida!!!. The actress is no stranger to Swift’s music, frequently attending her concerts, and even cracked a joke about the pop icon at the Golden Globes, later regretting it after it was taken out of context.
Stone and Lanthimos’s previous collaborations include The Favourite, the short film Bleat, Poor Things, and Kinds of Kindness.
