St. Vincent has started her ‘All Born Screaming’ tour, where she premiered multiple new songs. The tour began on May 4 at The Paramount in Los Angeles, California, and marks the beginning of her North American trek in support of her most recent album, ‘All Born Screaming’. The 17-song performance began with the live debut of her song ‘Reckless’, which is off of her seventh album.
Throughout her set, she debuted ‘Big Time Nothing’, ‘Candy Darling’ and ‘All Born Screaming’. She also performed ‘Dilettante’ live for the first time since 2017 and ‘Krokodil’ for the first time since 2015. St. Vincent also included fan favorites like ‘Los Angeles’, ‘Digital Witness’, ‘New York’ and ‘Fast Slow Disco’.
St. Vincent’s ‘All Born Screaming’ received a four-star review from Jordan Bassett of NME. Bassett said “St. Vincent and fellow pop outsider Cate Le Bon dance through the album’s central conceit that we go out as we come in – kicking and screaming – so you might as well embrace the chaos. In ditching the artifice, Annie Clark has made her most generous and open statement yet.”
St. Vincent’s tour will continue through Europe and the UK later this month and into early June with Heartworms. Fans can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster.
St Vincent’s 2024 UK and European tour dates are as follows:
– May 31 – SWX, Bristol (with Heartworms)
– June 01 – Royal Albert Hall, London (with Heartworms)
– June 03 – Den Atelier, Luxembourg City (with Heartworms)
