To mark a quarter of a century since their formation, the popular British rock band Hundred Reasons has announced a show at the Royal Albert Hall, set for May 7th, 2025. The band has also confirmed that Rival Schools will be joining them as their support act for this special evening.
In a statement regarding the upcoming event, the band expressed their excitement to play at the venue, stating that it is “a dream for us to get to play The Albert Hall 25 years since we played our first show.” The band has indicated that the show will be a celebration of all things Hundred Reasons, and they are planning special surprises for their fans.
Tickets for the show will go on sale May 14th at 10am. The London show is a rare chance for fans to celebrate the band’s 25-year career, and as the band stated: “We’d love our fans to come along and celebrate with us, as we don’t know if we’ll ever do something like this ever again.”
Hundred Reasons’ first show took place at The Peel in Kingston on January 22, 2000. They later achieved widespread recognition with their debut album, ‘Ideas Above Our Station’, which was released in 2002. In 2012, the band split, only to briefly reform again in 2014 for a performance at the UK edition of Sonisphere.
The band reformed once more in 2022 for a comeback tour and followed it with the release of their latest album, ‘Glorious Sunset’, in 2023. The frontman, Colin Doran, spoke to NME and said that the band agreed to tour again only if they had new material to perform.
Overall, fans are eager to see Hundred Reasons back on stage for such a momentous occasion, and the show at Royal Albert Hall is sure to be a night to remember for everyone involved
