Interpol have expanded their ‘Antics’ 20th-anniversary tour with four extra European shows later this year. Originally released in 2004, the album was the band’s second studio release and became a classic of the era. The album’s singles included ‘Slow Hands,’ ‘Evil,’ ‘C’mere,’ and ‘Narc.’ The record led to the band signing with a major label and producing their third album, ‘Our Love to Admire.’

The rockers will play the album in full for six shows across the UK in November. The tour will begin in Stockholm on October 19th, followed by Copenhagen the following night, and will finish with two shows in Amsterdam on October 29th and 30th. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase tickets early from 10 am CEST on April 24th through The Big House community, while general sale will open on Friday, April 26th, at 10 am.

Though drummer Sam Fogarino recently confirmed that he will not be going on tour “for the time being” due to spinal surgery, the band played ‘Antics’ in full at a special performance in Paris last year. During the Philharmonie de Paris gig, the band played ‘A Time To Be So Small’ for the first time since 2007.

Interpol is also set to open for Smashing Pumpkins in Europe this summer. “We did some shows with them last year, and they were a lot of fun,” guitarist Daniel Kessler told NME.

Also, the band played the biggest show of their career last weekend before a crowd of over 150,000 people. Held in Mexico City’s huge Zócalo square, the gig was announced earlier this month
