The Night Institute launches eponymous label as it approaches ninth anniversary

Belfast’s The Night Institute will launch its own record label as the Northern Irish party approaches its ninth anniversary. Founded and run by Timmy Stewart and Jordan Nocturne, the label will focus on both vinyl and digital releases. Its aim is to promote Belfast’s club scene both locally and globally, showcasing the independent and cultural value of the scene with featured tracks from resident and global artists.

The first record will feature The Bunker’s Justin Cudmore and Hifi Sean alongside Nocturne and Stewart. The new label plans to export and highlight the sound of their corner of Belfast’s underground to the rest of the world.

Co-founders of the label, Nocturne and Stewart, expressed their excitement, saying they were proud to showcase the unique atmosphere created through The Night Institute parties. They are grateful to have received new music from immensely talented friends from around the world and are excited to showcase some of these artists.

The Night Institute’s first release is available to pre-order digitally, with its vinyl counterpart set to be released in late springtime
