Interpol will be performing on their ‘Antics’ 20th anniversary UK and European tour and have added an Irish date at the 3Arena in Dublin on November 10, 2024. The indie band had previously announced the completion of their tour across the UK, including Manchester, Glasgow, and London amongst other locations, where they will perform their second LP throughout the month of November. The general sale of the tickets shall begin on Friday, April 12, at 9 am BST. The exclusive presale on Tuesday, April 9, at 9 am BST, is available for fans who register at The Big House fan community by 8:55 am BST on the same day.
Interpol’s Daniel Kessler, the guitarist, recently spoke about the legacy they made through their second album, ’Antics’ with NME. “For ‘Antics’, we had the experience of having made a record and then toured for two years. When we came out of that, we wanted to make the studio work for us a bit more and get more out of the songs. There are more textures and the songs really hold you in the moment a little bit more.”, said Kessler.
Interpol is all set to perform the first show of the Antics tour at The Halls in Wolverhampton on November 1 and the support on November 8, at Alexandra Palace, London, will be by Dust and Iceage. In other news related to the band, Interpol will be presenting one of the biggest free shows in their career in Mexico City, Mexico, later this month.
Interpol guitarist, Daniel, also launched the fanclub, The Big House. He stated, “There are some things in the archive that hadn’t made it out to our fans yet. It’s been fun to try and create a little bit more of a community.
