Police in Bedfordshire have reported a four-year-old girl and her mother missing. Joana, 39, and her daughter Aliannah, 4, were last seen at their home in Luton back in February, and were last heard from earlier this month. The police urged the public not to speculate on the case, as they are concerned for their welfare.
Although the police have not provided their surname, Joana is described as black, standing at a height of about 5ft 9in, and of a slim build. She has dark shoulder-length hair that is often worn in a ponytail. Meanwhile, Aliannah is also described as black, slim, and with black afro-style hair that is often braided.
The police believe that Joana and her daughter are linked to the Handsworth area of Birmingham, and are calling for the public’s assistance in locating them. In a statement, a Bedfordshire Police spokesman said, “The best way to help locate Joana and Aliannah is to share this appeal and report any sightings immediately.”
Concerned individuals who have any information can report it to Bedfordshire Police. Furthermore, anyone who wishes to help can share Bedfordshire Police’s appeal to help find Joana and her daughter Aliannah.
Families of missing persons are encouraged to contact relevant authorities to expedite the search. Meanwhile, the police always recommend that families regularly check on the whereabouts and activities of their loved ones
