Northumbria Police have launched an investigation into the death of Andrew Darn, 35, who was fatally stabbed at the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate in North Shields on Wednesday. Darn’s family has paid tribute to him, remembering him as a “gentle giant” who was well-loved by all that knew him.
