RAYE reveals that she co-wrote Beyoncé’s ‘RIIVERDANCE’ on ‘Cowboy Carter’

Singer RAYE has announced that she has co-written a song for Beyoncé’s new album, “Cowboy Carter.” RAYE is a six-time BRIT Awards winner who has previously written songs for Queen Bey, including “Bigger” in 2019, as well as tracks for Mabel and Charli XCX. Azealia Banks gave her thoughts on the album, previously criticising Beyoncé’s new musical direction, which she referred to as “white women cosplay.” Banks also commented that Beyoncé was setting herself up to be ridiculed. She also performed on Saturday Night Live.

RAYE’s co-writing of ‘RIIVERDANCE’ is another success for the singer-songwriter. She is part of a growing number of female musicians who are making a big impact on the industry.
