Drop Dead, the alternative apparel company run by Bring Me The Horizon frontman, Oli Sykes, has announced a clothing collection in collaboration with Japanese horror manga artist Junji Ito. The range, consisting of shirts, hoodies, tops, jackets, and accessories, is set to launch on March 29. According to Drop Dead’s official website, the brand is aimed at individuals who want to “stand out while evolving into whoever you want to be”. Describing Ito as a “genius” and “huge influence” on his brand, Sykes expressed his gratitude for being able to work with the celebrated artist. Ito is known for his engaging horror stories that reflect deeply on societal, political, and religious matters. Meanwhile, Drop Dead has been hailed as a “powerful trendsetter in alternative fashion”, with fans from different backgrounds wearing its clothes.

Recently, Bring Me The Horizon won the Best Alternative/Rock Act award at the 2024 BRITs. The Sheffield band also shared an update on their delayed album, POST HUMAN: NeX GEn, explaining that it is “nearly finished, but it’s not finished… Worth the wait”. Bring Me The Horizon is set to tour Australia in April, followed by appearances at various European summer festivals.

The new collection set to launch soon demonstrates Sykes’ passion for not just music, but also fashion.
