Houston-based band Khruangbin are set to embark on a UK and European tour this November. The eleven-date tour kicks off on November 1 at Amsterdam’s AFAS and features supporting act Peter Cat Recording Co. The band will be playing in Glasgow, Manchester, and performing two nights at London’s Eventim Apollo, before finishing the tour at Dublin’s 3Arena on November 24. Tickets will be available for purchase from members of the band’s Khru Club on March 12, from the Spotify Fans first presale on March 13, and from general sale on March 15.
This new tour announcement follows the recent news that the band will be playing at several festivals in Europe, including Latitude, Roskilde, Rock Werchter, and Bilbao BBK, amongst others. Prior to the UK and European tours, Khruangbin will be embarking on an extensive North American tour, starting with an appearance at the Coachella Festival on April 14 and concluding with a performance at the Bonnaroo Festival on June 14.
In January, the band announced the release of their new album ‘A La Sala’ alongside its first single ‘A Love International’. The album is expected to be released on April 5 and will be produced by Dead Oceans in partnership with Night Time Stories Ltd.
In recent years, Khruangbin has collaborated with singer-songwriter Leon Bridges on a second EP called ‘Texas Moon’ and produced their latest original music as a band since 2020, aside from various remixes. They were also previously featured on the cover of NME in 2020 where they discussed the sudden success they achieved and their goal to become a worldwide band
