Fred again.., an electronic producer, has revealed an unexpected arena tour across Australia that is planned to begin next week. On February 28, the artist announced on social media that he will perform an arena tour across Australia starting from March 4. The tour will consist of seven shows, three in Melbourne, three in Sydney, and one on the Gold Coast. The upcoming arena tour arrives after Fred again.. declared a surprise show at the historical Sydney Opera House. In just one day, his show was sold out, and he performed at the Sydney venue all in the span of 24 hours.
Fred again..’s arena tour will begin with a performance at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on March 4th, followed by shows on the 5th and the 6th of March. After the shows in Melbourne, he will then perform at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on March 12th, 13th, and 14th. There will be only one show of the tour that will not take place in an arena, and that is on March 9th in Gold Coast at a location that has not yet been announced. The March 9th show is advertised as a “pop-up.” Joy (Anonymous) will support Fred again.. at all the dates.
Tickets for Fred again..’s surprise arena tour will be available for purchase on February 29 at 9 am local time in Melbourne, 11 am local time for Gold Coast, and 1 pm local time for Sydney. All tickets can be found here.
On February 27, Fred again.. performed a last-minute show at the Sydney Opera House less than 24 hours after announcing the gig that morning. Although the venue holds up to 2,250 attendees, over 125,000 joined online queues for tickets to the secret show.
