Ariana Grande has expressed her desire to tour in support of her forthcoming album,”Eternal Sunshine.” Speaking on The Zach Lang Show, Grande explained that although she has a busy year ahead with the release of the album and her role in both Wicked and Wicked Part Two, she would “love” to do shows because she misses her fans.
She also noted that after having a tough time on her last tour emotionally, she’s excited to redefine her relationship with shows and to do shorter tours when she’s ready. Although she hasn’t ruled out performing entirely, she doesn’t want to get people too excited until something’s official as she doesn’t want to disappoint her fans.
The “Thank U, Next” singer’s previous tour, which took place in 2019, was concurrently in support of her 2018 album “Sweetener” and the 2019 record “Thank U, Next.” Meanwhile, Grande’s latest album, “Eternal Sunshine,” is set for release next month and has so far spawned one single, “Yes, And?”
Grande has also confirmed that she won’t be releasing any other singles before the album’s release, explaining that she wants fans to experience the album in its entirety before individual tracks are shared. While there will be more singles off of this project once it’s out, Grande reassured fans that they’d have a little surprise or two up their sleeves to hold them over until then.
Despite her busy schedule, Ariana Grande’s fans can remain hopeful that she’ll announce a tour in support of “Eternal Sunshine” soon
