Birmingham Hockey Social Club teams up with We Out Here Festival for new electronic programme

Hockley Social Club in Birmingham has joined forces with the We Out Here Festival to deliver a unique cultural experience in 2024. The converted factory has event-hosting facilities, DJ decks, and a sound system, making it perfect for electronic acts. The club will be home to UK electronic music producers, DJs, promoters, and collectives. We Out Here Festival and the Hockley Social Club plan to host debuts, live shows, and exclusive sets to the delight of the guests.

The 10,000 square feet space has undergone a recent refurbishment to offer the ultimate cultural experience. The Director of Hockley Social Club, Jack Brabant, said, “After a refurb of the venue across every room in January, we’re feeling better prepared this year than ever before.” The venue aims to address the current crisis of the cost of living by providing affordable cultural experiences, world-class arts, and music.

The club collaborates with Digbeth Dining Club, a non-profit organization that provides food, education, and training for disadvantaged people. Together, they aim to make a positive change in the community. By offering affordability right at the heart of their events programme, Hockley Social Club, along with We Out Here Festival, is leading the way for cultural and artistic experiences that everyone can enjoy.
