Queen Camilla has stated that King Charles is “doing extremely well under the circumstances” after the start of his cancer treatment. The Queen made the statement during an event at Salisbury Cathedral on Thursday evening. She expressed how touched the King was by the letters and messages received from the public. The Prince of Wales went to attend a fundraiser for the London Air Ambulance. During the event, he appreciated the kind messages sent for both the King and the Princess of Wales, who is still recovering from abdominal surgery. The Princess Royal also engaged in official engagements on Wednesday, but she did not say anything about the King when reporters asked her as she left a military barracks in Bicester, Oxfordshire
