Miley Cyrus has been announced to perform her hit single “Flowers” at the Grammy Awards ceremony tomorrow (February 4). This will be the first time the singer will perform the track on TV since its release last January, according to Variety. Cyrus is nominated for six Grammy Awards at the event, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year.
Cyrus gave the single its first performance during a private show in Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont in November 2023. When she was announced as a nominee in six categories for the 2024 Grammys, Cyrus congratulated her fellow female nominees. “Watching women win & rule the music industry makes me proud,” she said at the time.
At the Grammy Awards, Cyrus will perform alongside other artists such as Burna Boy, Billie Eilish, Travis Scott, Dua Lipa, and Olivia Rodrigo. The event will also include performances from U2, who will perform via the first live broadcast from the Sphere in Las Vegas, and Joni Mitchell, who will perform at the Grammy Awards for the first time in her over six-decade-long career.
This year’s Grammy Awards ceremony will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and will be hosted by Trevor Noah for the fourth consecutive year. The award nominations are led by Taylor Swift, SZA, Victoria Monét, and Phoebe Bridgers. You can read the full list of nominations here
