Rapper ScHoolboy Q, signed to Top Dawg Entertainment, has revealed that his latest album, titled ‘Blue Lips’, is set to be released on March 1. The announcement was made via a trailer video, which also revealed the album’s track list. ‘Blue Lips’ is the first full album release from ScHoolboy Q since ‘CrasH Talk’ in 2019, and follows the one-off single ‘Soccer Dad’ in 2022. The countdown clock on the rapper’s website is counting down to the release date.
The ‘Blue Lips’ track list includes 17 songs, kicking off with ‘Funny Guy’, and wrapping up with ‘Smile’. Other tracks include ‘Pop’, ‘Thank God 4 Me’, ‘Cooties’, ‘Ohio’ and ‘Love Birds’. The album marks the first full-length release from ScHoolboy Q in nearly three years.

ScHoolboy Q has achieved critical acclaim for his distinctive sound and approach to rap music, having won six BET Hip Hop Awards, and a Grammy in 2019 for Best Rap Performance on the hit song ‘King’s Dead’. The rapper has been relatively quiet on the music scene since the release of ‘CrasH Talk’ and has shared that he prefers to move at his own pace, explaining that dropping albums frequently isn’t important to him. “I do what I want because I move off peace, I move off my experiences,” he has said
