Usher has given everyone a sneak peek into his forthcoming album, ‘Coming Home’. The singer took to social media last night to reveal the tracklist for the album, which is due for release next week. Despite being headline news for the Super Bowl halftime show this year, Usher has announced he will be introducing his fans to a return to R&B with the upcoming records 20 tracks. The album will feature some of his previous singles like ‘Good Good’ featuring 21 Savage and Summer Walker and ‘Standing Next To You (Remix)’ featuring BTS’ Jungkook.
The album also features collaborations with Burna Boy, H.E.R, Pheelz, Iateeya, Dream, and Latto. It seems like the singer has taken a 90s music approach with the new release, playing the music genre close to his heart.
At the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show, Usher will perform on February 11th, 2024. There is nothing confirmed for a celebrity or musician guest being announced for the show, but Usher did confirm that there would be “major costume change” and “killer choreography”.
Usher’s teaser video for the halftime show hints at a thirty-year career retrospective for the halftime show, which is a career spanning career of the incredible artist.
