Tribal Gathering, which is a renowned festival, has announced its return to the Caribbean with an array of exciting events scheduled for this March. The event will be held in Panama’s Costa Arriba as two events, Tribal Immersion and International Dance Festival will be taking place back-to-back.
The festivities will kick off with Tribal Immersion on March 9, where the attendees will get to explore the heritage of those who live in Costa Arriba. This event will provide an opportunity to connect with tribal cultures, traditions, and practices. A one-day break will be observed on March 18, allowing participants to prepare for the upcoming International Dance Festival at Hippie Beach. The festival will showcase a mix of international and contemporary dance and music performances.
In a press release, the organizers revealed their excitement about the new location. They said, “After an extensive search for the perfect location, we’ve discovered our paradise in the crystalline waters and creamy sands of the Caribbean’s Costa Arriba.” The new location is spread across 16 hectares of land, making it an ideal destination for the event.
The festival’s Tribal Village will play host to over 20 indigenous tribes and minority ethnic groups from across the world, bringing forth their unique traditions, wisdom, and skills. Workshops will range from traditional rituals to sustainable agroforestry, ensuring that participants gain comprehensive knowledge of ancestral practices.
Tribal Gathering is renowned for gender parity, with balanced staff available to all attendees. It is a celebration of cultural exchange and environmental consciousness, promoting the shared responsibility to create a harmonious world.
The festival is accepting volunteers for Set-up help and Workshop Facilitators. Tickets for the event are now available for purchase, with the festival scheduled between March 9 and March 25
