Echoes of Earth, an eco festival based in India, is set to make its debut in the coastal region of Chopdem, Goa from February 2-4, 2024. Dubbed as India’s greenest festival, the event is committed to promoting sustainability while celebrating local culture, nature, art, and music.
The festival, which is normally held in Bangalore, will see a range of international artists joining local and Indian musicians in the new location. This year’s lineup includes Satori, Glass Beams, Oden & Fatzo, (((O))), Space Dimension Controller, Balkan Bump, and many others.
The festival will kick off with a cultural showcase where traditional Goan folk forms such as Ghode Modni and Ghumot will be performed. The event offers a whole weekend of entertainment for lovers of culture, music, and nature. Those who attend will experience first-hand the unique blend of martial arts and horse dance that makes Ghode Modni a sight to behold.
Organizers have created a comprehensive lineup that includes day splits, beginning from Friday, February 2 and ending on Sunday, February 4. The list of performers includes Leaxan Freitas, Merak, Elbows, Dualist Inquiry, Discokid, and many other local and Indian artists.
