Recently, a new film has taken the top spot on Netflix UK’s film chart. It’s called The Lost City, and it stars Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum, and Daniel Radcliffe. The movie, directed by the Nee brothers, tells the story of a romance novelist named Loretta and her handsome book cover model Alan. Together, they try to escape the clutches of an eccentric billionaire played by Radcliffe, who is searching for a lost ancient burial chamber that’s described in Loretta’s books.
Other members of the cast include Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Brad Pitt, Oscar Nunez, Patti Harrison, and Bowen Yang. The film grossed over $190 million worldwide and was considered a success at the box office despite mixed reviews from critics. The Rotten Tomatoes critics’ score is currently 79%, based on 273 reviews.

As for The Lost City, NME gave it a three-star review, calling it a “decent action film boasting a great cast and some good jokes.” In the same year as The Lost City, Daniel Radcliffe played the lead role in Weird: The Al Yankovic Story opposite Evan Rachel Wood and Rainn Wilson.
