Legendary London nightclub, fabric, is gearing up to celebrate its 25th anniversary with a world tour. The club will take its iconic production around the world, accompanied by popular DJs including Ricardo Villalobos, Craig Richards, and Margaret Dygas. fabric25 kicks off on February 17 at the Guesthouse in Budapest, before making stops at several festivals across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
From Quito to Lima and Santiago, fabric will travel to a handful of destinations in March before returning to the UK for a one-off show at Glasgow’s Sub Club. The club will then continue its tour in Miami, Brussels, Lisbon, Berlin, Bogotá and Barcelona. They are also scheduled to perform at several London festivals including Project6, Junction 2 and AVA Conference.
In a statement yesterday, fabric announced that the year-long celebration would bring the club’s essence to some of the most iconic venues and festivals across the world. Artists including Daniel Avery, Daria Kolosova, and Marcel Dettmann will also be joining the world tour, with more announcements expected.
Last summer, fabric announced the release of a “one-of-a-kind book project documenting the venue’s history from its beginnings to the present day”. The club invited members of the public to get involved in the book’s creation by sharing memorable stories and moments from fabric over the past quarter of a century.
