Obsidian Entertainment’s forthcoming game Avowed has been given a new release date. Initially announced in 2020, the game was originally scheduled for release in 2024. The game is designed to take advantage of the latest console systems and will be released for Xbox Series X/S and PC in the fall of 2024. Obsidian is looking to build on its reputation for creating original and successful games, with a focus on moral nuances and grey areas that are intended to provide players with a range of complicated situations and tough decisions that have lasting consequences.
