However, due to the basketball professional’s training schedule not fitting with the production timeline for season two, they had to “give up” on casting him the first time around.

Meanwhile, Jung-hyun praised Lee for being “the most honest character” on the latest season and appreciated his eagerness to be in a relationship and reveal that aspect of himself.
While a fourth season of “Single’s Inferno” is still under discussion, the producers have teased that the show would “change drastically from the third season” if it does return. The duo is also considering making a spin-off to the popular South Korean reality dating TV show, looking into various options to make it fun.
