Rockstar Games is reportedly collaborating with T-Pain on their upcoming game Grand Theft Auto 6. T-Pain aka Faheem Rashad Najm, revealed the news during a recent live stream and mentioned that he used to be an active member of Grand Theft Auto role-playing server, NoPixel, which he had to quit due to a conflict of interest. He also revealed that Rockstar had provided him with a speech to explain their reasons, likening it to someone re-recording his album, but he “kind of get that, but [he] was having a good time.’’
In August 2021, Rockstar revealed it was partnering with Cfx.re to support the creator community and improve services provided to their developers and players. Fans of the next-generation game believe that the studio is now recruiting Florida-based artists like T-Pain to contribute to the development of the game. Nonetheless, neither party has confirmed exactly how T-Pain is contributing to Grand Theft Auto 6.
The game’s release date is due for 2025, according to a recent announcement, and the game will see players return to the Miami-inspired Vice City.
