Fiona Holm: Police offer £20k reward in bid to find woman's body

Police in London have offered a £20,000 reward for information that could help to find the body of a 48-year-old woman believed to have been murdered. The investigation into Fiona Holm’s disappearance began after her family reported her missing on 29 June. The Met believe that the incident may have occurred up to nine days earlier on 20 June, where she was last seen meeting friends. Her family has reported that they are going through a “mental torture.”

The CCTV footage shows Holm wearing a green top and black leggings as she walked alone in Verdant Lane, Catford, south-east London. Scotland Yard previously shared images of Ms Holm in an off-licence on the same day, as part of their appeal to the public for any information relating to her disappearance.

Detective Chief Inspector Kate Blackburn has stated that the key to piecing together the last moments of Holm’s life lies in the public’s assistance.“We are piecing together a timeline of what may have been her last movements, and your information, no matter how small, could help us establish what happened to her and where she is,” she said.

Ms Holm’s family has urged anyone with information to come forward to assist in finding her remains so that they can lay her to rest. Ms Holm was a mother, and her disappearance has left her family and friends heartbroken. Anyone with information regarding Ms. Holm’s disappearance is encouraged to contact the Metropolitan Police on 101
