French techno artist Elise Massoni has revealed her new EP, ’10FT CHAOS’, which is set for release on François X’s XX Lab. The title track of the seven-song EP was released alongside the announcement, featuring a strong techno beat inspired by Massoni’s performances at clubs like Berghain and fabric. In an Instagram post, Massoni referred to the track as “my oldest and hardest piece of child”.
The EP takes inspiration from artists such as Arca and Amnesia Scanner, touching on topics like depression, escapism, and mania, while paying tribute to those who “embody the fusion of brilliance and chaos”. Each track demonstrates Massoni’s growth as an artist and her evolution through the writing and creative process. From techno to house and trance, she interweaves various genres to create a truly unique sound.
