Todd Edwards, Joy Anonymous, and salute took to the booth at Amsterdam Dance Event for a memorable b3b set. The performance, which showcased some of the greatest old skool and new dance music has to offer, occurred on October 20 at Paparverweg and is now available to watch on Mixmag’s YouTube channel. The set dazzled attendees with its non-stop flow of incredible tracks, including a few of their own work, and some killer remixes.
Attendees were able to get up close and personal with the musicians during this intimate gig, with the titans of dance performing high-octave sets side by side. The enthusiasm of the attendees was infectious, and everyone clamored for a chance to see the legends of dance music performing together.
Via Instagram, salute spoke glowingly about his time at the event, calling it “crazy sentence and a proper fever dream.” The musician went on to say that being able to work with Todd and the Joy Anonymous boys for the two-hour set was a huge blessing, expressing his love of his job. Joy Anonymous was similarly effusive in their praise, calling the set the most inspiring they had participated in and saying that it was an honor and a privilege to perform with Todd and salute.
Todd Edwards was similarly grateful for the experience, posting on Instagram, “Amsterdam you came out in force last night for my b2b set. I am full of gratitude and happiness for such an amazing show, and of course thank you to Joy (anonymous) & salute for making it so special!”
