At approximately 1:20 on Saturday, a four-vehicle accident occurred on the Gosford Road in County Armagh. Unfortunately, one man died at the scene. Emergency medical technicians transported nine people to two hospitals for medical care. Emergency services attended the scene with nine separate ambulance crews. The Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast and Craigavon Area Hospital received the patients.
The accident has caused the Gosford Road to remain closed. Anyone with information or footage of the accident is urged to contact the police. The Police Service of Northern Ireland requested any witnesses to come forward. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
