The lineup for the 2024 edition of the Pavilion Festival has been announced. Scottish DJ Ewan McVicar has partnered with STREETrave for the event, promising a bigger and better festival after last year’s highly successful debut. The festival will take place over the weekend of May 4 and 5, with McVicar curating Saturday’s line-up and STREETrave celebrating 35 years on the Sunday.
Saturday’s headliners include Patrick Topping, Special Request, Optimo (Espacio), Jerome Hill and Stevie Cox. Meanwhile, STREETrave has secured Heather Small of M People, Technotronic, Degrees of Motion, Black Box, Rozalla, Sandy B and more for its Sunday events. STREETrave began hosting parties at the Ayr Pavilion in 1989 and ran 42 raves between 1989 and 1993, bringing an audience from near, far and wide to dance in the West Coast of Scotland.
The first edition of Ewan McVicar present Pavilion Festival was a one-day event held in late April this year, featuring performances from Skream, Kettama and Ewan McVicar himself. The Ministry of Sound producer recently teamed up with Skream for an all-night event at fabric. McVicar has been busy this summer, playing sets at various venues including The Warehouse Project, Hope Works, Amnesia Ibiza, and on a North American tour.
Tickets for the Pavilion Festival can be purchased on Skiddle.com. The festival will be held in Ayr beach in Scotland
