Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf will make a visit to the Angus community most affected by the Storm Babet floods. Yousaf will meet the affected people in River Street, Brechin where River South Esk swamped its banks last week. The Scottish Environment Protection Agency warned river levels across the north and northeast remained high. Wendy Taylor and a 56-year-old man lost their lives during the floods. The ScotRail stated that the majority of services would become normal on Monday, but some may have a delayed start in Fife. The energy firm has urged its customers to keep their receipts and claim through its website.
