Glastonbury Festival organizers have announced that ticket prices for next year’s event will increase to £360, a £20 increase from this year’s cost of £335 plus a £5 booking fee. The price hike comes after an increase of £55 from the 2022 price of £280. Co-organizer Emily Eavis made the announcement on social media and said that people would need to register in advance of the ticket sale to combat ticket touting.

Fans will be able to purchase packages for the 2024 festival on 2 November and standard tickets on 5 November. Festival goers will be charged £355 plus a £5 booking fee for standard tickets with a £75 deposit, with the balance due by the first week of April. At this year’s festival, the Arctic Monkeys headlined the Pyramid Stage on Friday, Guns N’ Roses on Saturday, and Sir Elton John on Sunday night.

Concerts across the 900-acre site hosted a variety of world-class music stars as well as speeches by politicians, film screenings, and theatre and circus performances. Ticketing for Glastonbury is always a highly anticipated event, and organizers have attempted to combat ticket touting for years.
