Venezuelan electronic artists Arca and DJ Babatr collaborated on a new single called ‘MK3TreF.’ The radio edit of the song was released on DJ Babatr’s Bandcamp. The ‘Rapacious Mix’ will be out on the 29th of September. Raptor house, which is an electronic subgenre that originated from Venezuela’s Changa Tuki movement, is what both artists used in ‘MK3TreF.’ It is described as a “tropical Latin reinterpretation of techno.” The release of TraTraTrax’s hit ‘Xtasis’ was a collaboration of Nick León and DJ Babatr. Pearson Sound even offered a remix of the song.

DJs such as Bitter Babe, Nick León, and BADISTA have found particular success with raptor house and other related Latin-techno genres beyond South America in recent years. In addition to Arca and DJ Babatr, León and DJ Babatr also collaborated last year on their own track called ‘TraTraTrax’s hit ‘Xtasis.”
